ECHO ROY KLAPROTH, WYOMING'S POET LAUREATE WAS OUR VERY POPULAR 2014 KEYNOTE SPEAKER.  Twenty-eight authors participated in the 2014 Bookfair on a beautiful, sunny winter day.

The statistics for 2014 are not yet available, but in 2013, thirteen hundred people attended, circulating among twenty-four authors who brought 60 titles and sold $4,459 in books.

All participating authors will have the option of putting copies of their books on browsing tables to allow prospective buyers a "bookshop" opportunity.  In 2014 we doubled the table size, and the volunteers monitoring the tables spent a busy afternoon.

The 2014 workshops are described on the workshop page and were very popular again this year.  Let us know if you have topics you'd like us to cover in a 50-minute workshop format for 2015.

See above for the winner's of this year's competition.  Twenty-five people entered, the quality of the entries was high, and the judges said they enjoyed the reading, it was just making the final selections that was difficult
See Flash Fiction for more infomation on entering this contest in 2015.

The Open Mic area with comfortable lounge seating for 20 is very popular among attendees, the schedule appearing in the Winter Gathering program.
